How to use USB Pen Drives with mobile phones using OTG cables?

If your mobile phone has OTG (On-The-Go) support, you can plug in pen drives to your phone and use it. You can transfer files to and from the phone, watch videos, etc. Your phone should support OTG feature.

Updating Android Froyo to Gingerbread on ZTE Blade/Dell XCD 35 [old post] All this time I have been contented with my Android phone running on Froyo.
