Drupal unable to send emails using the contact forms [a host issue]

Image
Like many of us, I am also facing an issue with sending emails from Drupal website hosted on Linux Host. From my tests I found that - 1) I can send and receive emails by accessing webmail of the domain's email account. 2) But when sending email using the contact from on the website, Drupal says email is sent successfully but emails are not received. Nor are the emails visible in the "Sent" box in webmail. The same email was configured on the site as well as contact form settings. The error thrown by Drupal is as shown above: "Unable to send email. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.. Incidentally, I also tested on a WordPress site and even emails are not getting sent from WordPress's Contact Form 7 plugin. So I ruled out Drupal as the issue or WordPress for that matter. It seems to me that it could be the host that is not allowing the emails to be sent. So I contacted my service provider. And, here is the reply from my hosting service provider...

How To Display Or Hide Website Content On Mobile Devices?

Image

This allows a web developer to easily control what sort of content should appear on mobile devices and what to display on desktops. It is also useful for Google Adsense publishers as Google by default allows only three ads on a particular page and if you want to control the positioning of Google Ads separately for desktops and mobile devices, then this method can be used to manage the display as per the device. Check out this short video tutorial how to display or hide website content on mobile devices: Read more »

Resolved: Unable to transfer or copy files to SD Card issue on MI phone using ES File explorer

Image
ES File Explorer is probably the most popular Android File Manager for Android devices. It has many advanced features than a regular file manager. That is why it is loved by many who want more features. However, on Mi Phones, you may encounter issues when attempting to transfer files from the phone storage to SD CARD using ES File Explorer. I did not do an extensive research on this but I can confirm that this issues did not occur on MiUi version earlier than 7.5. I started to see file transfer issues after MIUI version 7.5. This prevents us from creating new files and folders using the ES File Explorer. While attempting to create, copy-paste or move files, we normally get a prompt to allow permission to let ES File Explorer have to access SDCARD Root. In this post, we shall see how to resolve this problem of transferring, creating files and folder using ES File Explorer. Read more »
